Sifting through all the names and dates and so called facts seems an exercise in futility. There are millions of Human Beings sitting in front of screens typing on keyboards producing perspectives of the same as I hear here? I take no side in this conflict and am more interested in trying to persuade Starmer and Reeves to rejoin a centre left position and move away from their low fat Tory and IEA policy, austerity fiscal rules, centre right position.
I would argue that families that are forced/encouraged against their will or better judgment to have a Hamas (Western delegated) terrorist (but let's stick with this terms). Families who have no choice but to have a terrorists embedded with them and who also may be forced against their will to have rocket launch facilities in their homes or compounds are effectively hostages.
To bomb and knowingly kill these hostage families in order to kill a terrorist, I would argue is murder. Unjustified murder and a war crime.
In a situation where terrorists are embedded with civilians as a human shield the only legal resource would be to send in ground forces to eliminate the terrorists with the absolute minimum of civilian casualties. In addition Proper medical facilities must be provided to treat any civilian casualties of such a military operation.
If the aircraft that left Brize Norton for Isreal was carrying ammunition to assist in the killing of civilians in order to kill terrorists the people who facilitated the supply of ammunition could also be held responsible for murder and war crimes.

I take no side in this conflict and am more interested in trying to persuade Starmer and Reeves to rejoin a centre left position and move away from their low fat Tory and IEA policy, austerity fiscal rules, centre right position.
I would argue that families that are forced/encouraged against their will or better judgment to have a Hamas (Western delegated) terrorist (but let's stick with this terms). Families who have no choice but to have a terrorists embedded with them and who also may be forced against their will to have rocket launch facilities in their homes or compounds are effectively hostages.
To bomb and knowingly kill these hostage families in order to kill a terrorist, I would argue is murder. Unjustified murder and a war crime.
In a situation where terrorists are embedded with civilians as a human shield the only legal resource would be to send in ground forces to eliminate the terrorists with the absolute minimum of civilian casualties. In addition Proper medical facilities must be provided to treat any civilian casualties of such a military operation.
If the aircraft that left Brize Norton for Isreal was carrying ammunition to assist in the killing of civilians in order to kill terrorists the people who facilitated the supply of ammunition could also be held responsible for murder and war crimes.
What would have been the response of the world if the UK Government has sent the RAF to bomb the Falls Road area of Belfast killing men women and children in order to kill IRA members after the Brighton bombing?
How will Britain deal with the influx of Palestinian refugees that will come as a result of the Palestine diaspora. Similar to one that happened 200 years ago and for similar reasons.
