3. Germany, France and the UK have neither the money nor the assets to engage Russia in all out war.
4. Even though the US is now backing away from the idea of all out war with Russia, and Germany, France and the Uk are not hence the US will suffer the consequences of involvement along with Canada and Canadian targets would be Vancouver, Toronto, Ottawa and Montreal, the east coast is of no interest as once you take out Montreal there is no effective rail system left. Russian targeting is based on Maximum effect with minimal assets used.
5. Russia invested very little in a surface fleet however invested heavily in submarines
6. Russia has the support of China, Iran, Brazil, Venezuela and Japan.
7.
