It also had 100x more views than the other TED videos uploaded at the same time, which means it was being heavily promoted by the algorithm.
It had a very WEF vibe to it. The speaker was some guy from a think tank. He looked like he had PR training (he came across like a salesman). The whole talk felt 'off' (contrived).
OK .... I found it. It's now at 2 million views. It's been heavily promoted.
