I forget the letter designation under the plea laws but John Kiriakou made a special note of the fact that the plea included 11c3 or like condition that prohibits the signing judge of making any change to the DoJ deal this was a formality to avoid Julian landing on US soil which has been the biggest sticking point in the negotiation for release.
